The Die Hard star's Spanish-style home has a minimal aesthetic, but doesn't skimp on luxury. The exposed ceiling beams and arched door frames create depth and a classic hacienda vibe.
Change is in the air yet again for property power-player and new dad Bruce Willis, who is unloading his longtime Los Angeles home and hoping to turn a super-sized profit. The Die Hard star has put his sprawling 1928 Spanish-style Beverly Hills compound, which he originally bought in 2004 for $9 million, on the market for a whopping $22 million.
The 10,000-square-foot mansion sits on on acre of land. It has all the amenities of a classic Hollywood hacienda, including 11 bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, a tennis court, inner courtyard, formal library, multiple fireplaces, and a spacious patio and pool area. It's also steps away from the legendary Beverly Hills Hotel, where the property's previous famous owners including Michael Jackson and Lucille Ball no doubt frequented when they weren't at home. 2013 is proving to be a year of downsizing for Willis. In February, he listed his Manhattan apartment. In 2012, he put his Idaho ranch up for sale.
